About our Experience

David Mustard leads the business with a distinguished career spanning corporate leadership, business development, entrepreneurship, and senior consultancy with the world-renowned research agency TNS (Kantar). He holds a business degree majoring in marketing and has completed studies in advanced research-methods at Massey University.

David has delivered large-scale, research programmes for central government, overseen one of the banking sector’s key finance monitors, and led major strategic studies for leading banks and insurers. His expertise extends across pricing, segmentation, product development, and customer-commitment research, helping organisations unlock deeper insights and make confident, data-driven decisions to deliver growth.

He also brings significant experience in the local-government sector, having designed and delivered comprehensive research and survey programmes for approximately 10 council organisations.
