Understanding what residents’ value and how they believe Council can make Upper Hutt City an even better place to live are important insights that will be used in decision making to help shape the city.

The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete and will need to be completed in a single sitting. Responses will be confidential with results being reported as aggregated summaries.
